On December 31, 1928, the company had grown such that the brothers filed Goodfellow Bros.’ articles of incorporation. The following day, on January 1, 1929, they had their first stockholder and trustee meeting with Jack serving as chairman and president, Bert as vice president, and Jim Sr. as secretary.
