A 36cm by 54cm print of old boats on the sea with smaller passenger boats ahead. All in blue and green hues but has been painted over.
Towards the top left there is a rough-edged inverted triangle patch in light green with handwritten text in black ink over the top.
The text reads as follows: 'Slow or fast water fills all empty spaces. The nihilism of the oceans power both scares and comforts me' the text continues past the pastel triangle down towards a pale blue square then a pale pink patch in the corner. It continues: 'It will still be here when we are gone it will keep rolling and crashing and carving out the earth.'

The space to the very left of the pastel triangle has a green hue and then fades into a more vivid pink hue. You can still make out the sails of the boats from the original print. In this space there is more text written in smaller handwriting and in red ink that reads as follows: 'This city I did not even know existed six or seven years ago has become my home. A town of as many immigrants and natives. My journey here though not overseas but still treacherous as I was torn from myself and those who wanted me dead. But since coming here I have more love for myself and others who do not want me dead anymore.' In pale pink there is a roughly drawn face with eyes closed looking to the right over the top of this red text.
From the right side of the pastel triangle, there is a wash of colours over the boat print going from a deep pink, then orange then green as you reach the bottom of the painting in a rough rectangle shaped that slants to the right. There is text written in the same size as the red text here but is written in blue ink. It reads: Dust and mold and discoloration on my skin on my hair and on the window sill I have stared out of a thousand times. reading of wanderlust and living vicariously through the words of those I envy. sea legs, I barely have legs that work on land. how to dream of the sea and other spaces when they are out of bounds to everyone anyway let alone dreaming of places I cannot carry myself without paint (the t is crossed out here and 'lol' is written small above it) Sea legs. Earth legs. Iron' There are a series of grey faces looking toward the left over the top of this writing, but they are very faint.
In the top right corner of the painting is a purple rectangle with half an inch to the right left green. On this purple rectangle is a face with closed eyes facing the left drawn in pink. Written over the top of this in slightly larger red ink is: 'honestly boats make me anxious, my understanding of physics is limited'.
Beneath the purple rectangle is another rough edged pale green triangle with a green circle in the middle and a green space to its right between the top of the triangle and the bottom of the purple rectangle. In the space to the right of the purple rectangle and above the triangle is smaller purple text that reads: 'Young men and old men on the seas young women missing them on the land. NGL can't relate. I am a land lubber me!'
And finally written in the lower right corner of the painting, overlapping the bottom of the purple triangle slightly and covering the pale triangle is bigger black text that reads: 'Drawn to the water’s edge, everyone's drawn to it at some point. water to live, water to drown in water to bathe in water to t_' and the text stops as if it continues off the page.
