本人歐陽毅禧，是一名精神病康復者。我是患有躁狂抑鬱症的，從病發第一天到現在，已經十多年了。 這十多個年頭在精神病醫院進進出出，這些顛沛流離、居無定所的生活及病徵，令我感到生活充滿限制。

Au-Yeung Ngai Hei
I am Au-Yeung Ngai Hei, and I am a recovering mental patient. I suffer from bipolar mood disorder. Counting from the first day up until the present, I have had this diagnosis for more than a decade. Over the past ten years or so, I have been in and out of psychiatric hospital. Drifting from place to place, living without being able to settle anywhere, and dealing with my symptoms has made me feel that my life is full of limitations.
