Art for Equity , 2020

During quarantine, I started a small teen-run group that makes t-shirts and art. The proceeds from our sales go towards meals for community refrigerators and care packages for homeless folks. Community refrigerators are set in low-income communities to help families struggling with food insecurities. The refrigerators are open to all members of the communities. Free meals and produce are stocked in these refrigerators for anyone who is
in need. This is a picture from one of our first sales. It is important to give back to our communities especially
during this pandemic.
