This work by Ledwidge consists of sketched repetitions, the layering giving the sense of working and reworking, quick and instinctive, to the final iteration.

Andrew Ledwidge is a painter employing recurring motifs to demonstrate the effectiveness and beauty of simple forms successfully. The confident and minimal linework offsets a limited colour palette that adds to the modesty of his paintings.

Ledwidge has worked at Arts Project Australia since 2012 and has exhibited each year in the Annual Gala. Also, he was selected for a group exhibition at Robin Gibson Gallery, Sydney, and Connected art prize. His work is held in private collections.

Condition: Backed and wrapped for protection.

*Shipping and framing are an additional cost.
