This piece was A prayer for the heart from start to finish. An offering to be more gentle with myself, and accept myself for what I am and require no more, other than to be more compassionate and tolerant. Love is the only way for the future, and is the only way to purify ourselves of the poisons brought about by fear and hate. One love starts with love for ourselves and all that we are. This is the energy of Heart Work.
