A large perspective of time stretching into the distance. In the distance are trees on the horizon like a Dutch landscape of the 17th Century. But there are strange figures moving on the pathways back and forth, to and from the future. Some of these are humans mutating into different kinds of animals such as the rhino, the ox, the crocodile, horses, donkeys and animal headed humans. The pandemic has filled me with the idea that all life forms are fluid and connected in some way. We are close to other species, begin to merge with them. This contains the terrifying idea that nature may be having its revenge on us. We have abused the animal kingdom for too long and may have to pay the price. We feel that we are separate, but we are part of nature and nature will have her say in the end. These are pathways of the future, back and forth to a vanishing point on the horizon.
