“Trusting Your Gut” is an acrylic painting that literally describes and teaches you how to trust your gut. I made this piece to both guide and connect with people who want to learn how to trust their gut, who are in the process of doing so and who have already done that work.

On the lower half of the canvas the text reads: “It is silent. It is just us. You speak with honesty, but this time I will not drown or sweep you. I want to listen. I will make promises but won’t punish. Fear, discomfort and pain are no longer here to block you.”
