This photograph was part of a series of photos exploring the possibility of using drones for climbing photography, not only to expand the range of compositions available but to increase the safety for both subject and photographer. This was the last route of the day and the softer light brought out the striations and texture of the rock and the movement of the climber up the crack required more technical climbing which showed in his body position. Shot on a DJI mavic 2 pro on the cliffs of the North Wales coast, Llyn Peninsula.
