This painting is a bird flying out of its cage into the real world, which represents me being very shy and staying out of the mix, but later on getting to know everyone, opening up in my team and working as a collaborative team. In the first few days I was fairly quiet so I was the bird inside of the cage, very nervous and scared. Now I have spread my wings to the world and now the words outside of the bird cage are what I have achieved throughout this program.
