The birth of my firstborn child was very traumatic, and when I was going into my second pregnancy, I was fearful of the end. Though, it was not at all to be feared.
During labour, I put faith in my body and knew that it would know what to do. I gave in to the waves of labour. It was such a pivotal moment in my life.
