I believe every BODY is a work of art, no matter the size or shape. As a Filipino, body shaming was the norm in my culture and now, with each figure I paint, it is my way of reminding others to reconsider their views of the “perfect body” and champion diversity and inclusion of all body types. I paint women you can relate to—because this is You. In my paintings, the bumps and curves of a woman’s body are proudly embraced, inspiring and promoting body positivity and showcasing that every body is a work of art.
