According to the World Watch Institute, 74% of the world's poultry meat is produced through intensive farming practices. This method of production significantly compromises the nutritional value of chicken, resulting in a higher fat content and a marked reduction in essential nutrients like Omega-3 and Vitamin E.
The diet fed to these chickens, coupled with their limited physical activity and high stress levels they experience in the farm, not only deteriorates their nutritional value but also significantly affects the taste of the meat.
Through the imagery of leaking liquid, we depict the concerning loss of nutritional properties that consumers face when eating intensively farmed chicken. This visual metaphor highlights the compromised quality of the meat.
It is time to ask yourself: are you fully conscious of what's on your plate? Can you truly stand by the choice of consuming proxy chicken, devoid of its natural goodness and rich taste? It is the moment to reflect and make informed choices about the food that sustains us.
