Labyrinths have fascinated me for years, as a tool for meditation and a path of prayer. Labyrinths have been found all over the world dating back at least 4,000 years, spanning many cultures and faiths. Since I didn't have enough room in my yard to build one, I learned about finger labyrinths and began stitching them. Making the labyrinth itself is a meditative journey, joining healing forces of the world and walking with ancient peoples.
