Part of my healing village are our family DOGS. From licking my face in the morning to being by my side when I was sick. When I look into their eyes, I feel like they know how I am doing and they've got me. This is a magazine paper collage on canvas of one of our loveable puppies. Ollie is a miniature brown labradoodle. His eyes are amazing! The biggest challenge was getting his eyes right. I feel like I nailed it!

Linda Morcom is a lot of things, but mainly she thinks of herself as a wife and mother to three wonderful adult children. As her role as a mother changes, she is also in the midst of another life altering change. She is on a personal healing journey as she recovers from a 2019 cancer diagnosis.
