This video is a short story of my journey. I travel from a painful existence of trauma and not receiving the help I needed. In the process, I lost myself and my daughter, Kaja Cardinal-Bilou.

Only through connection with my culture did I begin to find healing
In the end I find myself, empowered...
I stand with my sisters, together we are stronger...
