How to Find Yourself

Without a map,
wander far and wide,
inside your mind.
Without a compass,
move slowly through the dark places,
inside your heart.
Take off your shoes,
ford the river
of a thousand questions.
Use a question,
To water the seed
in your soul.
Use what grows in your soul,
to light a spark
That you must hold carefully.
Use that spark to light your way.
