Every afternoon during my several months of lockdown in Lorne, I walked along the nearby beach. I noticed these words in the sand on my return to my car, and conscious of their potential erasure by the incoming tide, I grabbed my camera and ran back to capture this image.
These words may be referring to Rosewood Raise, a series of initiatives designed to support staff members of the Rosewood Hotel Group displaced from any of their hotels around the world, as well as communities negatively affected by the Covid illness. It may also be referring to workers at the Rosewood mine in Blackwater, Qld.
