Is this really the « SUPER-FRUIT » we want?
There are two trends in food consumption. One trend focuses on natural and organic food while the other pursuits perfection, convenience and superficiality. The food industry modifies and adapts new products in order to satisfy customers’ expectations.
In 50 years, if we continue this way, natural fruit will become rare and expensive; whereas artificial fruit would become the norm.
The optical illusion of these new fruits is shown through the art of Vasarely.
