信仰。這張照片是我乾女兒在台北市中山北路的聖多福教堂進行洗禮儀式時拍攝的。在菲律賓，這樣的儀式非常普遍，因為大多數人都是信奉天主教，其中第一個以天主教徒身份慶祝的儀式就是洗禮。台灣不僅接受和承認其他移工的宗教信仰，還鼓勵他們踐行，這實在很令人感動。作為一個虔誠的天主教徒，即使不在家鄉，我也擁有去教堂參加宗教儀式的自由，這讓我感到非常高興。無論我走到哪裡，我對上帝的信仰永遠都是一樣的。

Belief. This photo was taken at St. Christopher’s Church in Zhongshan North Road, Taipei during my goddaughter’s Christening. In the Philippines, this might be a very common picture since majority ofpeople are Catholic, wherein the first ceremony that is celebrated as being a Catholic is the baptism. It is really overwhelming that Taiwan does not only accept and acknowledge their migrants’ own religion but they also encourage them to practice their beliefs. As a devoted Catholic, I am really happy that I have the freedom to go to church and even attend ceremonies, even if I’m not in my own country. But where ever my feet takes me, my faith in God will always be the same.
