Durante il periodo di lockdown, la rivista newyorkese indipendente “Document Journal” ha promosso il progetto online “Art from isolation” chiedendo agli artisti di misurarsi con totale libertà con i temi dell’emergenza globale e dell’isolamento.
“Performance art from isolation” parte dalla condizione di isolamento collettivo che tutto il mondo stava sperimentando in quei mesi e propone dieci opere, realizzate da altrettanti artisti, che si presentano come variazioni liriche sul tema del confinamento, del distanziamento e della solitudine.
I contenuti e le riproduzioni delle opere sono inseriti nel percorso a fini esclusivamente didattici e scientifici e non possono essere riutilizzati a nessun titolo.
During the lockdown period, the independent New York-based magazine "Document Journal" promoted the online project “Art from isolation”, asking artists to compete with total freedom with the themes of global emergency and isolation.
“Performance art from isolation” starts from the condition of collective isolation that the whole world was experiencing in those months and proposes ten works, created by as many artists, which are lyrical variations on the theme of confinement, distancing, and solitude.
The contents and reproductions of the works are thought for exclusively educational and scientific purposes and their use for any other reason is forbidden.
