Canola Field , 2022

During the lockdowns of 2020 and 2021 in Melbourne, I found myself craving to spend more of my time outdoors and away from the cityscapes I was surrounded by. There was a shroud of unknowing surrounding when we would receive our basic freedoms back and not be cooped up in our houses. This craving to spend time in nature continued after the lockdowns ended and I began a practice of making sure I left the cityscape in which I lived in at least once a week to get my fill of fresh air and beautiful scenery.
