Flirty Faces , 2022
Mixed Media

A text I read mentioned that it's as if advertising material makes flirtatious glances at the viewers. This piece was to personify products as if they were flirting through the camera.

My practice revolves around advertisements. I am becoming more aware of the increasing amount of demanding visuals that are enticing people to consume more and more things. The narratives that are displayed but also the strategic decisions that are made to manipulate us psychologically. I am exploring, analysing and presenting how I feel towards advertising.
