Logan American Girl Doll , 2017
90 x 90 x 1 in (h x w x d)
115 USD

Logan uses a face sculpt previously made specifically for Kaya, an Indigenous American doll from the tribe of Nimíipuu, or Nez Perce. The use of this face mold for a white male doll character ignores the cultural significance and respect which the mold holds. It also holds an implication that the Indigenous face is more “masculine.”
