Dani Devaux is a Caribbean-born photographer who savored life in three islands (Antigua & Barbuda, Barbados, St. Kitts & Nevis) as well as the UK before settling mainly in St. Lucia. She is from a family of photographers spanning generations and owned her first camera at age 8.

"My earliest experiences were following my friends around and capturing the wild fun we had as feral kids! By age 11, I was shooting on my first film SLR - a present from my parents - and processing and printing my own work." In her early 20's Dani finally broke into the world of professional photography - shooting subjects as diverse as watersports action, portraits, and fashion for a variety of clients in the UK.

Now based in St. Lucia, Dani still maintains a diverse portfolio, working with local resorts, restaurants, and artisans. Expect a natural flow to every shoot when working with her. Beforehand she visualizes the shoot with the client's needs or her subject in mind, so by the time the shoot starts, the inspiration is at full flow!

“I'm blessed that my work has exposed me to a mosaic of individuals and provided me the opportunity to meet some truly beautiful souls."
