"Last Light”, l’ultimo cortometraggio realizzato dall’artista, combina video e fotografia e riflette sulle forme assunte dalla vulnerabilità in tempo di pandemia, sul senso profondo dell’isolamento e sulla città che, a sua volta, ne viene riplasmata. Argote ripercorre le strade vuote di Los Angeles, i luoghi del suo quotidiano, cogliendone il carattere trasfigurato. Riflette così, implicitamente, sul ruolo svolto dall’ambiente urbano nei processi di costruzione e decostruzione del sé.
