Inspired by the kimono embroidery of Shizuka Kusano this piece is a comment on the ephemerality of everything in life, represented by the title which translated to the beauty of impermanence. The change of seasons is depicted through the color change of the flowers, butterflies and dragonflies creating two contrasting movements which indicate the different life movements. Furthermore the yukata, worn in japanese summer festivals induces the feeling of short lived moments and mortality.
