Human Nature
80 x 60 cm (h x w)
Acryl on canvas

The Artist Tahlia Stanton inspired the idea of my painting, with her unique take on the interaction between the human face and elements of nature. The face as well as the snake in the painting are also a reference to my photo series. I wanted to show a different take on “Human Nature” with a more beautiful meaning behind it. The beauty of nature that hides behind every human facade. That is also a reason why some parts of the painting are highlighted with chameleon and iridescent colours.
