ABOUT DR. DAWN KARIMA

Visual Artist Dr Dawn Karima is a Native American Music Award Winner, an Indigenous Artist Activist Award Winner, a four time Global Music Award Winner, an International Singer Songwriter Awards Nominee, an Indigenous Music Award Nominee, a Fair Play Country Music Awards Winner and a World Entertainment Award Nominee. This Women Of Essence Award Nominee holds the MFA in Creative Writing and Traditional Indigenous Arts. This host of CONVERSATIONS WITH DAWN KARIMA podcast creates traditional tribal glass beadwork using techniques handed down to her by elders. Her art represents cultural survival, cultural preservation and spiritual prayers in every handmade piece.
