Article 21 of the UDHR: right to vote in free and fair elections.

Brenda Ochoa (Cuba) represents Article 21 UDHR.
She completed her high school education at Miami Arts Studio 6-12 Zelda Glazer, Miami Dade County Public Schools (MDCPS) system.
Currently, she is pursuing her career studies at Florida International University.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Brenda also worked as an intern at International Solidarity for Human Rights during the Summer Youth Internship program at MDCPS in 2021-2022.
